These terms govern use of the Calarax LeadExchange platform, including account access, routing operations, analytics, and billing.
Calarax provides hosted lead routing, buyer management, traffic source management, analytics, billing, and related operational tooling. You may use the service only for lawful business activity and only if you have the right to transmit the data you send through it.
You are responsible for the activity under your account, including campaign setup, source credentials, buyer endpoints, billing contacts, and access management. Keep credentials secure and rotate them when needed.
You may not use Calarax to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized lead traffic, attempt to bypass plan limits or rate limits, interfere with platform operations, or misuse another party’s data or endpoints.
Paid plans are billed in USD. Plan caps, rate limits, analytics access, and logs access depend on the plan assigned to the account. Unpaid balances, account suspension, or cap exhaustion may restrict access or runtime usage according to the configured billing rules.
Calarax may store request payloads, response payloads, logs, analytics artifacts, invoices, and operational events to run the platform and support troubleshooting, reporting, and audit needs.
Calarax may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, threatens platform integrity, or remains unpaid. Suspension may block dashboard access and API traffic.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time. Material billing or access changes should be communicated through the platform or the account’s billing contacts.
