This policy explains what account, traffic, billing, and operational data Calarax stores when you use the LeadExchange platform.
Calarax collects information you provide directly, including account identity details such as name, company name, email address, password hash, billing plan selection, and support communications.
We also collect operational data generated by use of the platform, including campaign configuration, buyer configuration, traffic source identifiers, source credentials, lead payloads, logs, analytics summaries, invoices, payments, and usage counters.
We use collected data to operate the LeadExchange platform, authenticate users, route leads, validate payloads, calculate analytics, generate invoices, enforce plan caps, investigate delivery issues, prevent abuse, and communicate account or billing notices.
Because Calarax is a lead routing and monitoring system, request payloads, response payloads, delivery outcomes, and related logs may be stored so operators can trace delivery behavior, reconcile revenue, and diagnose errors. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send any lead data through the system.
Calarax stores billing plans, subscriptions, invoices, manual payment references, and usage summaries in USD. Payment gateway integrations may store provider-specific references, but sensitive payment credentials should be handled by the relevant payment processor, not by Calarax directly.
Calarax does not sell your account data. Data may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, email, storage, logging, and payment infrastructure, or when required by law.
We retain account, billing, logs, and analytics data for operational, legal, support, and audit reasons. Certain artifacts, such as scheduled analytics exports, may be deleted after retention windows while the related audit row remains available.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect account access and stored records. No hosted system is risk-free, so you should also protect your own account credentials, source credentials, and buyer integration endpoints.
